we were greeted warmly by cassie, and we had told her we were there celebrating a birthday. about an hour later she sent a bottle of champagne and chocolates up to our room! an amazing unexpected touch. everything else was fantastic too, including

In my room, I had a cozy double bed, which was super comfortable. They had central heating, a safe for my stuff, and a great selection of pay TV channels. The decor was stylish, and I really liked it! 😊

Luxury hotel with brand-new rooms, splendid views of the lake. Outstandingly helpful staff members with good service, perfectly comfortable and decent location. Near a good seafood restaurant. Outstanding and delicious food for breakfast.

The total stay was pleasant for my first visit. They gave me a good value for money and a brand-new room with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. - the hotel was in an ideal location, close to everything downtown. 

The room was a decent size and had new furniture. The bed was super comfy, and we really enjoyed our stay. We didn't want to leave and would definitely return here again! 😍

It is a functional and modern property located in Magnificent Mile district so close to Magnificent Mile and a “ W ” establishment. I truly enjoyed super-friendly personnel that ensures guests have a really amazing stay. The breakfast is free and amazing with bacon 

Amazing location with bars and restaurants walking distance to the place. Newly decorated room with dobble beds and an awesome view, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Fast check-in, late check-out.  

Enjoyed my time here; the spot was great for strolling to a downtown museum 🚶‍♂️.
